Special Populations Instructional Designer
- Assist with developing ADA compliant documents and web access
- To ensure efficient operations of the special populations department and support for the activities and purpose of IDEA-B by providing technology support to the Special Populations consultants and staff.
Pay Grade / Starting Range: 804 / $56,519 - $70,650 (Salary estimate based on experience and skill set.)
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Serve as a liaison among local LEAs and Region 10 ESC to identify statewide and
- region-specific high leverage and high impact opportunities in the area of special education
- Provide differentiated and targeted support and assistance to LEAs by connecting them to resources and supports across Texas to improve outcomes for students with disabilities
Pay Grade / Starting Range: 105 / $90,000 - $112,292 (Salary estimate based on experience and skill set.)
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Assistant Director of Special Populations (Region 10 Employees only)
- To assist and support the provision of special population services to local education agencies
- To assist and support in developing and implementing programs and services for local education agencies to meet the needs of students with special needs
- To supervise and evaluate personnel
- To plan and administer the budget for assigned programs
Pay Grade / Starting Range: 105 / $90,000 - $112,292 (Salary estimate based on experience and skill set.)
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Deaf-Blind and Vision Services Consultant
- Support the activities and purpose of IDEA-B and SSVI through training, technical assistance and consultation to local education agencies (LEAs) to enable students with visual impairments to make progress in the general curriculum.
Pay Grade / Starting Range: 102 / $68,000 - $90,0002 (Salary estimate based on experience and skill set.)
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
